Main components of laser welding machine

Laser welding technology is the most commonly used welding method at present. Compared with traditional welding technology, laser welding technology is non-contact welding. The operation process does not need to be pressurized. The welding speed is fast, the efficiency is high, the depth is large, the residual stress and deformation are small. Laser welding technology can weld refractory materials such as high melting point metals. Laser welding can not only weld common carbon steel and stainless steel, but also weld materials that are difficult to weld by traditional welding, such as structural steel, aluminum, copper and other metals, and can weld various types of welds. Do you know what parts of laser welding machine equipment are mainly composed of?

1. Laser welding host
Among the components of laser welding machine, laser welding machine is an important hardware component. The main machine mainly produces laser beams for welding, and the main machine is composed of power supply, laser generator, optical path part and control system. Generally speaking, the laser needed for laser welding comes from the laser welding host.

2. Cooling system
The laser welding machine will also generate a lot of heat in the process of working, and too much heat will affect the welding effect of the workpiece, so the cooling system is required to provide cooling function for the laser generator to ensure that the temperature required for laser welding is more appropriate.
3. Workbench
The worktable refers to the laser welding automatic worktable, or also known as the motion system. The worktable allows the laser beam to move according to specific requirements and welding trajectory, thus realizing the automatic welding function of laser.

4. Fixtures usually
In the process of laser welding, the laser welding fixture is mainly used to fix the welding workpiece so that it can be loaded and unloaded repeatedly and positioned repeatedly to facilitate automatic laser welding.
