The water temperature can be adjusted and set through the temperature controller, with low noise, and is more suitable for cooling hand-held laser welding machines with high water temperature requirements. Nowadays, most of the welding water chillers on the market are cabinet models, which can be easily nested into the welding cabinet and moved synchronously with the welding machine, which can easily solve the installation problem. Water cooling uses water circulation cooling. It only needs to replace the circulating water regularly, and it doesn't need much maintenance at ordinary times.
The water chiller of the special water-cooled laser welding machine has a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃. Two independent temperature control systems can cool the laser head welding joints separately. Various fault alarm protection functions can timely protect the parts of the chiller in case of a fault, and users can quickly remove the fault according to the alarm code.

Although water cooling has more advantages than air cooling, when selecting cooling equipment, it depends on whether the welding machine is matched with water cooling or air cooling.
