The reset is abnormal, the starter car or beam shakes, and the starter hits the wall.

Symptoms:

The start reset direction is wrong, the car shakes with the beam, and the reset car or beam collides with the wall; When the motor is running, obvious noise can be heard.

Fault cause:

For such faults, check whether the connection line is in good contact.

Troubleshooting:

1. If the abnormal board or driver is reset after replacing the main power supply, first check whether the parameter setting is correct. The problem of abnormal reset can be solved by changing the main board parameters.

2. Shut down the machine, push the trolley and crossbeam hard to see if there is resistance by hand. If the obstacle is removed or cleared, check whether the left tensioning wheel is tight.

3. Check whether the timing belt, smooth head, blowpipe and drag chain are blocked Check whether the beam deviates seriously. The left and right sides should not be more than 2MM. Check whether the supporting wheels on both sides are damaged.

4. Check whether too much dust on the guide rail hinders the trolley, clean the dust and add lubricating oil on the slide.

5. Push the trolley to see if there is friction or shaking. If the clearance between the sliders is too large, the sliders need to be replaced.

6. Check whether the push is smooth.

7. Check whether the connection between the motor and the driver (block) is faulty. Interchangeable tests to determine whether the problem is in the motor or driver (block).

8. Start the machine to check which axis the jitter occurs on, the trolley or the beam, disconnect the power supply of one axis, and test the motor and driver of the other axis (the jamming mainly occurs after replacing the main board and the motor driver, and then re-wire, which is caused by incorrect parameter setting or wiring error; the second is the loose connection of the machine, sensor, motor driver and driver.

9. For models equipped with resistance bars, measure the resistance. If the resistance is not correct, replace the resistance group.

10. The direction is correct when resetting, but the trolley or beam cannot stop and collide with the machine. It is necessary to check whether the parameters of the main board are correct, the sensor wire is broken or the sensor is damaged, and whether the magnet is in a reasonable position.

11. When the YM model is not reset, pay attention to whether the 18-core data cable has poor contact or open circuit, and plug or replace the data cable again.

12. If the problem still exists, it may be the main board fault. Replace the motherboard.

13. Whether there is too much dust on the sensor (photoelectric sensor).
